A Healthy Habit that Decreases Children Overweight
A German study which was treated in the XI Argentine Conference of Nutrition showed that promote the consumption of drinking water and place in schools over 30% decreases the risk of overweight.

The results of this study involving 2940 boys and extrapolated to all children showed that with healthy habits and promoting water consumption from childhood was avoided 31% of overweight future.
Edgardo Ridner, president of the SAN, said to be "making both professionals and the general community to begin considering the habits of hydration as a key part of healthy eating plans."
